Her practice focuses on the representation of estate properties, architectural homes, land and homesteads, and the discreet handling of fiduciary and trust sales.

She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, and is an active member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. Kate lives in Greenville with her family and is a quietly devoted gardener.
